For some reason, it’s aftertaste reminds me of whip cream for some reason. Oh well, it’s pretty good.
Strange that it comes in a jar though.

Well there are several kinds and at different temperatures. I like junmai. Do you know what an Ozeki is? It’s the highest rank in sumo, we just got a new Ozeki actually. Oh and that is a nice 69 or 70 Z!

I expected there to be such a variety...That’s good though! What is junmai? Am I the new Ozeki? :D

There’s a Sake brewery in SF who does tours. Haven’t been, but I’ve heard it mentioned on social media.

No, Takayasu was promoted... don’t upset him...
Sake just has different levels here:
I know I like Junmai and Ginjo, I guess I need to try a Junmai Ginjo. Some is hot, which is nice in the winter eating out.

Congrats, Takayasu! Temp-hot, or spice-hot?

Oh just temp, Japanese would never make spicy sake! I had a milkey white one hot.

I find it pretty sad that I’ve been living in Japan but rarely actually drink sake!

Hey! Haven’t seen you around here in a long time. How’ve you been?

Pretty great! I’ve been so busy at my job that I haven’t really had time to be on Oppo! But now that things are winding down and I’m heading back to the US in two months I’ve been thinking of getting involved again.

I have never seen sake in a jar. That is quite odd. But yes sake is one of my favorites. Especially hot sake.
